Medical Insurance (BlueCross, United, Aetna, Cigna, Medicare) for anything other than eyeglass or contact lenses. For example, you may use it for dry eyes, infections, cataract opinions, diabetic exams or glaucoma treatment in most cases. This office treats Glaucoma.
Out Of Network: Superior and Davis Vision - This eye care center will assist in claiming your 'out-of-network' reimbursement.
HSA: Health Savings Accounts can be used at Kurtin Vision Specialists.
Care Credit: Would you like 0% interest and pay your bill over 6 months? We will help you apply for Care Credit in the office.
