Dr. Steven Kurtin limits his care to visual needs for people who have blurry vision, use refractive therapy (CRT), have unusual vision changes, astigmatism, Keratoconus or issues after LASIK, RK or Corneal transplants. Dr. Kurtin's twenty-eight year practice in Plano, Texas, was acquired in 2013. He now provides clinical care and practice guidance for doctor owners in the Dallas area.
Dr. Kurtin designs contact lenses from Synergeyes, PolyVue, SpecialEyes, DreamLens CRT, ScleraLens, KeraSoft, Wave or SafeGel for dry eyes. Ciba, CooperVision, Bausch+Lomb and Johnson & Johnson may also be used. He fits the most suitable lens for your needs.
Modern technology is used during the eye exam to help prevent vision loss. Corneal mapping is done on everyone to rule out corneal issues. Eye Wellness screen options include the newest i-vue ocular ct scan - to look deep into your eyes helping to discover problems affecting your central vision.
